Historic Haight-Ashbury

The Haight-Ashbury district rose to fame in the 1960s as the home of the hippie movement. The height of which occurred in the summer of 1967 when almost 100,000 people flocked to Haight-Ashbury for what  we now refer to as "The Summer of Love"
